Antioxidant Triple Berry Smoothie

Berries are one of my favorite fruits to eat! Berries are know for their powerful antioxidants. Strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, elderberries, blackberries, and cranberries are all easy to incorporate into diets during breakfast or even in a smoothie. The nutrients in berries fight against aging, wrinkles, dull skin, uneven skin tone.

Antioxidant Triple Berry Smoothie

  • ½ cup frozen blackberries
  • ½ cup frozen raspberries (or strawberries)
  • 1/4 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 cups organic spinach
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseed meal
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter (or your favorite nut butter)
  • ½ cup plain greek yogurt (whole, 2% or fat free will all work)
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk, plus more as necessary
  • Optional: 1 tablespoon hemp seeds


In a large high-powered blender, add in all ingredients and blend on high for 1-2 minutes or until all ingredients are well combined. If necessary, add in more almond milk to thin the smoothie.
